Janohrad
Ruin · Břeclav · 166 m
According to a project by J. Hardtmuth, this romantic artificial castle ruin was built in 1807 on the edge of the Lednice-Valtice area near the hunting grounds.
Janohrad was named in honor of Prince John I and is a characteristic example of romantic work inspired by medieval Gothic. He served as a hunting lodge, a gathering place of the estate before the hunt or the venue of the last healing.
